Join Miss Annette for our Summer Camp: 250 U.S.A. multi-day camp celebrating our nation’s 250th birthday! … including a field trip to Fort Necessity!

This summer camp is intended for youth who have completed Kindergarten through Grade 4. Kindergarteners - First Graders must be accompanied by a parent / authorized adult. Registration required - please register by contacting German-Masontown Public Library at 724-583-7030.

Schedule:

DAY 1: June 29th - 10:30am - 12:00pm

Youth learn about the history of the land, from settlers to colonies, and expanding westward to become the United States of America.

DAY 2: July 2nd - 10:30am - 12:00pm

Youth become familiar with significant history and symbols of Pennsylvania, learn about National Parks, and pick a park to explore!

DAY 3: July 3rd - 10:30am (meet at Fort Necessity National Historic Site)

Parents or designated adults provide transportation for their children. Youth / families engage in interactive exhibits and displays, available information and explore Fort Necessity.
